Charcoal-broiled steaks, chicken, and seafood are the specialties of a house that’s been dubbed a classic by San Antonio, Texas and beyond. Why? Because it’s real… from meat preparation to pastries, rolls, and salad dressings—everything is made-from-scratch.
The key to our reputation is experience, time tested recipes, and painstaking attention to your complete satisfaction. More important than the ability of our prized chefs to grill steaks to perfection, is what we do with the raw material before the flame seals its fate. Before we begin the weeks of wet aging, we select only choice and prime meat that is ideally suited for this slow process. Once it is properly aged, the excess fat is neatly trimmed and the steaks are cut in our butcher shop. You’ll experience the full, rich flavor and tenderness of beef prepared over mesquite and charcoal. That’s why we say “copied by many – equaled by none!”
