Whether you're planning a business breakfast, rehearsal dinner, anniversary, or company party, we’ve got a room and menu just right for your group. With room for up to 300 guests, we'll make sure everyone feels right at home.

Whether you're planning a business luncheon, birthday dinner, wedding rehearsal, or retirement party, The Barn Door has a private space to match your group size and vibe. Each room offers its own charm - from cozy and quiet to open and lively - with the kind of Texas-style hospitality we’ve been known for since 1953.

We do our best to place your group in the room that fits you best. Please note that we may adjust your room assignment based on final guest count to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

The Wine Room

Seats up to 15 guests
Tucked away and intimate, this is the perfect setting for small gatherings, family dinners, or private business meals.

The Fireplace Room

Seats up to 30 guests
Warm and welcoming, this space is ideal for rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, or medium-sized groups looking for a little extra comfort.

The History Room

Seats up to 60 guests
Filled with the charm of Texas past, this spacious room is perfect for large family events, retirement dinners, or business functions that call for a memorable meal and plenty of elbow room.

The North 40 Room

Seats up to 120 guests or up to 200 reception-style
Our largest & most flexible private space, the North 40 is built for big moments. Whether you're hosting a full-scale banquet or a casual cocktail-style reception, this room delivers with plenty of space to celebrate.

We offer four flexible menu options to fit any occasion

Appetizer Selections

$4.25 per person, per item (minimum of 5 selections if choosing appetizers only). Jumbo Gulf Shrimp and Beef Tenderloin available by the pound (market price)

Breakfast or Brunch

Available Wednesday–Friday, 7:00–10:00 AM. Contentential and Buffet options available.

Plated Lunch

Available Wednesday–Friday, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Entrée pricing ranges from $20.94 to $24.70 per person.

Plated Dinner

Perfect for evening celebrations. Same entrée selection guidelines as lunch. Includes a dinner salad, baked potato with all the fixings, fresh rolls, and iced tea.

Event Policies & Booking

All private events require a $120 room fee
Pre-set menus are required and must be confirmed in advance
No separate checks for parties of 10 or more at lunch or 30 or more at dinner
Microphones and podiums are available at no charge
No bookings on major holidays
